From the German War Graves site:

Kaspar Heinrich Siegfried has not yet been transferred to a military cemetery established by the People's Alliance.
According to our information, his grave is still at the following location: Lipa / Kingisepp - Russia

      Surname: Siegfried
      Forename: Kaspar Heinrich
      Rank: Gefreiter
      Date of birth: 27.08.1913
      Location of birth: Mainz-Kostheim
      Date of death: 10.08.1941
Location: 100 m south of Pustoska near Sabsk on the Luga

I have sent you a PM.
