Armored Recon Book - Call for Documents

    Hello, all!
We are in the final stages of negotiating a contract and collecting material for a book on German armored reconnaissance forces in WW2. Topics will include organization, doctrine, tactics, orders of battle, capsule histories and uniforms. We will cover the Army, the Luftwaffe (ground formations) and the Waffen-SS. Authors: Bob Edwards, Michael Pruett and Mike Olive.
To that end, I am asking for contributions for the book. In return, you’ll get attribution (full, anonymous or somewhere in between, in accordance with your wishes). Persons submitting substantial contributions may be in line for either a discounted copy of the book or a free copy, when published.

Headgear: As above, especially special-purpose headgear intended for armored vehicle crewmembers. Named or unit-marked pieces of interest, especially when otherwise “generic” in nature (e.g., could belong to a Panzer or Panzerjäger element as well.
Ephemera: Wehrpässe and Soldbücher to members of motorcycle infantry or armored/motorized reconnaissance elements, as well as any official or semi-official award documents, artwork or relevant documents.
    Period Photos
In general, images emphasizing equipment or uniform details are preferred. Everything from albums to individual images are welcome, color prints or slides especially so. Suggested captions (caption ideas) are encouraged.

    Artwork
If there are any budding artists or scale drawing experts who would like to see their work published, we’re also looking for profiles and scale drawings of the standard German reconnaissance vehicles of the period (13’s, 231’s, 232’s, 234’s, Panhards and the Luchs).

Please submit low(er)-resolution images to me first. If we would like to use it (them), then I can send you detailed instructions on scanning requirements.
    Best email address: ltcedwards@mediacombb.net
Any and all help would be appreciated!
Regards on behalf of the authors,
