Hi Katsumasa,

I'm afraid it's a fake. The style of the number '3' is characteristic of a lot of fakes I've seen. The text is wrong, and you can see a 'halo' around a lot of the letters and numbers- this indicates the stamping was done after the patina formed on the metal.
