My newest Wehrpass

Hello!

Today I received my newest Wehrpass from a landmine victim whose lower leg had to be amputated and who's black wound badge was upgraded to a silver one because of this.

I have some questions about this Wehrpass and I hope someone here can help me.

On page 21 with the Ausbildungen it is mentioned what I think it is: Fernsprecher Funker (also mentioned on page 24) and underneath it is mentioned WKF. Does anyone know what this means?

Furthermore on page 35 with Nachträge it is said Entlassing züm Studium with a date 20-10-39 but I wonder what kind of classes he followed. I can't read what's said before the date.

Page 48: does this mean he had another check and was found not able to come back to military service?

I might be wrong, but WKF 1. Kl. might be his drivers lisence?

The word listed before the date of his education, I can't read, but i suppose its where the entry was signed.

On page 48, it appears he was removed from the military-scrolls.

2. Page 48 states he is Wehruntauglich - Unfit for military service.

Another question and I hope it's not a stupid one. But I am confused with his promotion. He is promoted from Gefreiter to Unteroffizier. Shouldn't it be more normal to be promoted to Obergefreiter (or is that rank already an Unteroffizier)?

Apart from his wounde and amputation of his right lower leg/foot he also had a "Steckschuß" projectile in his left wade.
