Kriegsmarine Soldbuch help

Hello,

Yesterday I bought this soldbuch, and I have no idea if it's something special. No awards. I can not read the feldpostnumbers.
So I have some questions.

First: what was his last rank?

Second: The two last entries on the bottom of page 13
1 U boot???
1 ???

Third : I appreciate some help on page 23 and 24. I like to know his transfers from unit to unit

He went to some schools and the last FPN on page 24, M42961 is 9 U-Flott.kdo but was closed out on 18.11.44. The last FPN on page 28, from 30.11.44 ,M36094P is 3-Flott. Kdo (don't know what the p denotes).
