Wehrpass Entry Help Please?

I have this WP to a Leutnant and EK1 winner.
On page 21 is what looks like a special service award in the form of a silver plaque. Any help as to what this might have been? Many thanks!

Looks like Silberne Plakette für Richtdienst 1935/36.

No idea what it looked like but Richtdienst is aiming...so was this guy Artillery, Panzerabwehr or something similar?

What Company? Panzerabwehr?....I think that was either 9 or 14 Kp.

I've just remembered I have a Wehrpaß to a Hauptmann who served with Inf.Rgt. 33 from 1935 until 1939. During this time he was a Feldwebel/Hauptfeldwebel and attended Richtkreis courses. This course was for the instruments and in charge of the "aiming" circle!

He was with 8, 17 and 18 Companies which were Machine Gun Companies at that time.

He was also trained heavy machine guns and anti tank weapons.
