SS building site in Arbeit book

Hi - I have a question, maybe somebody can answer. If an ordinary Arbeitsbuch from 1936 to 39 is worth $20, then how much does 4 entrés to build an SS building ad to the book? not much,a very small premium id think, after all they only worked on the building, there was a arbiet book on estand with ss stamp for working at gestapo office,dont think it sold. id buy it if it was say 40 pounds,all depends on the buyer
