Can anyone see what the fourth awarw is in this Soldbuch?

I see U-Boot abz. EKI and EKII, but what is the fourth one on 16.10.1944?

That is a difficult question to answer without knowing all of the specifics about the book. Like with anything it will depend on how complete it is on the inside, whether-or-not all of the pages are there, what content has been censored, etc...

Taking a shot in the dark on the above mentioned points in consideration, I'd say around 350 Euro for a book that has some decent content with minor censoring to 800 Euro for a killer book for a boat with a good combat history, no censoring, a nice pic of the sailor and some good awards. If you are talking about a book once belonging to a U-Boot commander or officer (with RK) obviously completely different category and value.

If censoring was just the Feldpostnummer, that was common with Kriegsmarine Soldbücher and won't hurt the value much.
