    Hello
    This is not my field, so I'd like to know if such document considered to be rare and what might be it's current value

      It is not a real SS-ID but more a civilian ID of the DLRG - an organisation that aims at training as many life guards as possible (a good organisation which still exists today).
      Your guy must have been a very good swimmer because he had this ID for an advanced life guard.

      Anyway, basic ones maybe have a value of 5 bucks. Yours with the SS-connection for a guy who apparently got killed in Belarus I would value higher but
      below a military driving license - maybe let's say 50 Euro.

      It looks real to me but machines to punch those DLRG holes are probably easily to get.

      The other guys here please correct me if I am wrong with my statement
