Atlantic Wall KM Soldbuch - Walcheren Island Related?

Picked up this nice Kreigs coastal artillery soldbuch, looking at the FP Nr 10574 plus the word "Vlissingen" but correct me if I'm wrong this is related to the Walcheren Island.
(Battle of the Scheldt)


I'll do my best to give basic information, but if anyone can add even more I'd really appreciate the help.


The photo shows Wilhelm in his coastal artillery uniform, the stamps have the 10574 FP Nr. So the picture was added in say 1944 and he was still serving with that unit then.
But for the moment I have no idea which unit..?

The book was opened on 23 /8/1943
His unit was FP Nr 31118 (2/MAA 282) stationed at Le Rochelle/La Pallice,
U boat base or in that area I think.

Awarded the KVK with swords 27/1/1944.

Again the stamp has the FP Nr 10574.

The signatures of officers belonging to this unit appear throughout the book, which I will post.
Maybe they can be identified.
