    Can you complete the translations please.

    Hi Guys,

    I started translating these battle entries but ran out of steam and couldnt find much on the units:

    This is what I have so far:

          Rather than try and type all this out...these are the same French engagements etc until Jan 42. these are from a WP belonging to a Stabarzt of the division (5. inf. Div.)

            I can't see the scans for these but they will be these:

            24.3.1941 – 21.6.1941 Besatzungstruppe im Osten<O
            22.6.1941 – 5.11.1941 Kämpfe im Russland im Rahmen der 9. Armee bei der 5. Inf. Division.
            6.11.1941 – 1.2.1942 Besatzungstruppe im Frankreich

              The following scans are from another WP belonging to amemebrof 5. Inf Div. (8./ Inf. Regt. 56). These engagements are the more detailed ones for the period 22.6 - 09.11.41. Your man died and his WP sent to his next of kin before the official designations were issued.

                These are the last entries from the Inf. Regt. 56 WP - he was killed in March 1943.
