Help identifying this ausweiss . I think it may be Kriegsmarine cause its made out of some plastic coated type material ? Whats a doc like this worth these days ? Thanks .

Yes, it's a pass to enter the Harbor facilities in Königsberg. It appears to be issued to a non-military schmied (blacksmith or ironworker) by military authorities. Closeups of the stamps would clear up issuing authority. Looks like he worked for Siemens, which was and is a huge multi-functioned company.
As far as worth, I'm guessing a few $$/euros. Not a whole bunch, but it's an interesting document.
