I'll second that (and also add in his Dog Tag info. on page one). This Wehrpass seems quite familiar, and believe it was offered for sale on a public auction site a few months ago with bare-bones entries, a blank page 12, etc.

Yes you are of course correct, I did not look futher than the photo as I have allowed myself to be distracted by the TV (Embarrasing bodies) (a bloke with what looked like an extra ball and a Polish lass with a cottage cheese like discharge).
