Yes, agreed, a very interesting read.

Well done to the other forum member to give you the link and it must be satisfying to get a picture of the man.

I knew there were plenty of eupenisms for actions against the Jewish people but I didn't realise it was quite so blatant when added to the anit-partisan days like this.

                Thanks for sharing this.

                Chris.

                  Kevin

I am really pleased that you were able to add some documents to this historically very important set recording some very dark days, especially interesting as you now have two items with a portrait photo attached of the man in question.

It never ceases to amaze me that items continue to be reunited such as this, you never know in that you might be able to secure the Dienstpass one day also.

Kudos also to Nicolas for signposting you to the items.

                  Regards Richard.
Always looking for Luftwaffe Kampfflieger related document groups. In particular anything to Kampfgeschwader 2.

                    Hello Kevin,

Great to see that the docs are already at your home ! It is nice to see the group being slowly reunited.

I planned to bid on them, but when I saw that you already own the Soldbuch, I felt it was better to give you the hint and let you have it. ;-)

As you said to me, the other papers are of lesser importance than the SB, but they provide a summary of his career before he participate to criminal actions.
The photo is a great addition to the group too !

I hope you will manage to find other parts of the group in the future !
                    Happy collecting !

                    Nicolas

                        Dear hucks,

The document from March 7th 1940 seems to be signed by Major d.Sch. Fritzkarl Wirths,
The document from January 27th 1941, Linz, by Oberleutnant Schulte-Sasse,

The KVk-Vorschlag seems to be signed by Hauptmann d.Sch. Gerhard Konsierke,
but I have no idea concerning the Oberleutnant and Kp.Fhr.

The Dienstpass was signed by the chief of the 8th company,
                        SS-Hauptsturmführer und Hauptmann d.Sch. Ernst-August Falk

                        Regards yours Roland

Thank you Roland for that information. As someone who likes to identify signatures that is a welcome addition to the information in this set.

                            Dear hucks,

I agree, unit history a n d leadership fitting together,

I am always interested in your contribution here in the forum, as well of others, with such documents..

But unfortunately, I am no expert to “decipher” most of the signatures,
only with a look in my files, I am able to “compare” the information with them.

Sometimes, or mostly, I have to give up…

Maybe you might remember me when you are stumbling about entries in police pay books or “Dienstpässen” concerning the Pol.Btl. 201 – 210 for 1939 until early 1941, my “favorite police units” with large gaps in their history a n d leadership… I wrote about them in another forum…

                            With all the best
                            Yours Roland

Here is a guy who also participated in the Bialystok Ghetto clearing but with Pol. Schutzen Rgt 34. He also won the KVK II with Swords but no date given.
