I know very little about these, so I need some help. A collector friend found this at a swap meet and is offering it to me. Is this one real? If so, can you tell me about the unit (LAH ???) and possible value. Thanks!

Not for me because the SS-leichte Artillerie-Ersatz-Abt. 101 not existing ! Of course the heer unit exist and you can see that SS rune were added after war.
