      The bottom signature is Leutnant Heinrich Teriete. He was awared the RK on 22/7/1943 in the second phase of Kursk for destroying 22 Russian tanks at the town of Shelyabug on 14/7/1943

                    Wow. Very haunting. Thank you for sharing this very interesting and personal history of one soldier.

                    If you compare his first and last picture, it almost seems as if he has aged a lot due to his experiences.
