Ok, I will give an opinion here.
Is the stamp made of metal? ( It looks as if it is).
It is an obscure unit, which probably speaks for its authenticity....but then the letters are not very scharf...crisp.
What I don't like, the handle: for years of "service" in einem Papierkrieg, the handle looks new...or perhaps just painted over?
The attachment of the stamp to the handle. I have a few stamps - and they are attached with 2 larger screws. I am sure there are manufacturing variations, but the placement of the screw holes is not in line.
As I said, just an opinion.
