Luftwaffe weapons record

This question has been vexing me for awhile, and I've tried searches under several formats with negative results;

In Luftwaffe soldbucher, where were issued weapons recorded? Did they paste in a generic "8a" page, or was there a LW equivalent?

And if pasted in, where was this generally done?

I've seen weapons recorded on page 14 before, and pages 8a-8d were glued in between pages 14 and 15 in my examples.
