Polizei-Dienstpässe of members of the Police Battalions 201 to 210

    Hello everybody

I am no collector but I am interested in information from the documents you were posting here in this forum concerning my historical research! The entries in the Wehrpässe, pay books and police Dienstpässe are more than important for me to find out more about the officers in the units and the history of many units… without needing the original document!!!

My first question here is for further information about the Police battalions 201 to 210 in the former Protektorat Böhmen and Mähren in 1939 until about 1941 …

I post questions in a German Forum and in the AHF as well,
    http://forum-der-wehrmacht.de/thread.php?threadid=18272

    http://forum.axishistory.com/viewtop...?f=38&t=166175

and it might be possible, that in one or the other Police Dienstpass, you have in your collection, there are information, I would need to clear the fate of these battalions …

So any further hint regarding members of the units mentioned, when did they enter the police unit, when did he left it, where was he send to after his duties in one of the Pol.Btl. 201 – 210, would be more than welcome!!

    Regards yours Roland

      Roland,

I only have a couple, I will look and see.

The one I got this week end I will check now , it is posted up on Military Awards Forum. eu.

I don't think it is what you are searching for though.

I know of a collector of all things Police in our town, I will enquire on your behalf or maybe better if I can get a contact number for you as it would be easier for you to comunicate direct in German?

      Good luck with your search!

      Jock

        Dear Jock,

Thank you very much for your hint and help!

        Any help is much appreciated!

The question and the units are very “special”, I know, but I am not able to get further with archive material because of the lack of it!

So I am trying to get “bit by bit” of information from various sources!!

        Regards yours Roland
