Soldbuch - medical details

I've been having some difficulties with translating and interpreting the medical page of a Soldbuch of an infantry Unteroffizier. His first time in hospital was in Ostrow-Maz, april and may 1942, but I can't read the cause. Second time was in august 1942 in Warschau, but again I can't read the cause. The code 36 however would imply that he had to be observed for faking illness. Third time he was hit by schrapnel in the left leg, this was his first wound which delivered him the black wound badge. There is also an extra paper, from February 1945, saying he had an illness on code L19, and was therefore in a unit for "Krankheitsgruppe E". Any thoughts on that?

He had Wolhyn Fieber -Volhynia Fever which was a form of trench fever.

After suffering from Volhynia Fever he was transferred to his Replacement unit via Warsaw with the fitness grade g.v.H - Garnisonverwendungsfähig in der heimat- Fit for Garrison duty in the homeland.

The cause for his stay in Warsaw hospital is 36....so I do not understand your question on that one?

Lastly he was classed as bd. K.V. - bedingt kriegsverwendungsfähig - fit for limited duty with the "imperfection/defect" L19 - fractured skull, concussion and subsequent conditions.

As for his hospitalization in Warschau, it says code 36, so "observe for feigning illness" in the Wehrmacht medical codes table. I thought more information could be found on the next line, but after checking again I think it's just a signature ("Schödel Uffz." ?).
