Hi,
Wehrmachtführerschein was the wartime driver's license and the and Militär-Führerschein was the pre-war driver's license.
During the war mostly the wehrmacht-führerschein was used.
A few soldiers carried the Militär-Führerschein. Often 'Militär' was crossed out and had they written 'Wehrmacht' in it's place.
Here are a few pictures of a militär-Führerschein which is in my collection:

Like Dennis Says, its the pre-war version.
I don´t know from which date, but the earliest i got is from 1934.
The earliest Wehrmacht-führerschein i got is from 1939, but i´m sure they used them before that date.
Here some Militär-Führerscheins i got:
Heinz Koch, Pz.-Div.-Nachrichten-Abteilung 37.
Josef Kinz, Fahrabteilung Landsberg.I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.
Also soldbucher from 116pzdiv. And 1944-1945 eastfront pockets, kampfgruppe and Oder front.
