Well my friend, that is the earliest Heersflakabzeichen award I have EVER seen in a Soldbuch! In fact, it MATCHES the earliest date I have on an award document (mine is from fl btl 605). Just BREATHTAKING! To think he got the badge so early in the war is amazing. I am speachless. There, I have nothing left to say...

Very nice Angel. Not bad at all for a market pick-up! Really like the officer replacement photo from what was obviously his old photo as an Uffz or Feldwebel. The early award of the Heers Flak Abz is of course excellent. The MP40 entry is neat to. Overall.

I am trying to make some research on this Soldbuch and I want to ask you the Flak gurus and fellow collectors if anyone can provide me with details of the diferent units where he served.
Also I look at the entry of the EK II and I think that he signed his own entry.....

You are correct as he appears to have signed his own EK II entry and a leave entry! So at least you know he was a Kompanie Führer.
I have the books Fla nach vorn! of course for my interest in Fla and Heeres Flak units. Will have a look through later...you never know he could be listed!
