Then she was delegated to the B.d.S. (Befehlshaber der Sicherheitspolizei) in Paris.

Yes it is, with that particular number being for a Festung-Pionier unit...
(Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) Festungs-Pionierstab 27.

That means she was working (may be as a secretary) with a Festungs-Pionier unit (Festungs.-Pionier Stab 27 - may be with Festungs-Bau-Stab Kanalküste) before working for the Gestapo in Darmstadt.
