Heer (Panzer?) & Kriegs Dog Tag with Pouch

Hi Guys! I just posted this Heer & Kreigs dog tags on the 2 tables & Norm suggusted I post them here to see if they are authentic & if so on the Heer who he may have been attached?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!!
