Am I missing something??

I was just browsing through eBay's completed listings and I came upon this one. I watched it for the last few days and was sort of surprised to see that it even got to $75.00. Anyway, it ended up going for $315.00!! Any idea why? Am I missing something about it? Ones that I have that were in use from 1939-1945 and got awards I bought for a fraction of that!

That's just stupid money. I can't see the pics very well on my iPhone but what date was the SB issued and are there even any units entered?

It was issued September 12, 1939 and the last date was November 21, 1939! And there is no units entered. The only pages with writing are the ones shown. I can't believe what it went for... It looked like there was a few guys in a bidding war at the end! Crazy!
