Hi,
just out of curiosity i typed my grandfathers name in Google and here i arrived.

He died some 20 years ago. And all I know are childhood memories.
He told that he had been riding kind of horse carriage to the front lines to bring supplies in the Krim area (black sea penninsula. As far as I remember he was shot at and in hospital at the and of the war. Than in the US as prisoner of war. I remember him telling about working on a farm there and that he would have liked to stay there.
But he had 4 sons. His eldest died as a kid in a war bombing and the second is my dad.

How did you get this documents. Could you mail me the pictures ?
