mother: Anna Bandt;
physical examination at Wehrbezirkskommando III.
Fit for Ersatzreserve (reserve of the reserve), that means fit for nothing

I can see that the guy was married but we do not know the name of his wife.

We can identify the name of his mother: Anna Bandt. As the name of his father is not given it

seems that he was born illegitimate and so he had his mother's family name Bandt.
