    Gentlemen,

    I picked up this Wehrpass this weekend, and would love to hear opinions and information about the pass if it is correct. I have a hard time reading old handwriting and German, so i am a bit clueless.

                Born in Weiße on September 12th, 1902;
                religion: catholic;
                profession: butcher;
                mother: Anna Bandt;
                physical examination at Wehrbezirkskommando III.
                Fit for Ersatzreserve (reserve of the reserve), that means fit for nothing

                  Hi Ralle,

                  I can see that the guy was married but we do not know the name of his wife.

                  We can identify the name of his mother: Anna Bandt. As the name of his father is not given it

                  seems that he was born illegitimate and so he had his mother's family name Bandt.
