From the scans provided these look like nice originals, with correct date and name/signature for the Wachtbataillon commander.

    Lovely set.

Lets see what Hundestaffel makes of it. He will give the definitive thumbs or .

Geez...thanks for the pressure Graham !!! Actually, there's no pressure here at all....

I'll make a long-story short. What you see here is a 100% original, legitimate, correct and rare Soldbuch / Wehrpass set for a very, very early member (one of the first original members, actually) of the Auschwitz KL (I) "Wachbattalion" (as a side note, Werner is also one of the earliest "Wachbattalion" members who's ID I have personally ever come across). The Soldbuch and Wehrpass unquestionably exhibit the correct "style" of Au. KL entries for the period, and what is especialy nice is that both the Soldbuch and the Wehrpass exhibit nice, clear signatures of the very first "Wachbattalion" Commanding Officer of the Auschwitz KL (I) complex, SS Hauptsturmfuhrer Arthur Plorin (a quite difficult signature to obtain in itself). I could talk about this set all day but will stop here....

Legitimate, unaltered Auschwitz KL SB/WP sets (like this set clearly is) are not an everyday occurence. If "Polux" does indeed decide to actually sell it, it's new owner will have absolutely no worries in regards to this SB/WP set's originality or authenticity.

        Hello,

Thank you to you G. Hanson and Hundestaffel. Thank you to you Hundestaffel for the identification of the SS officer. Until this day, I ignored his name.

Having read your comments, I hesitate to sell this document now. I am going to think about it.....

        Cordial greetings.
