I can confirm that this exact same photograph was also used in Milch's Luftwaffe Soldbuch.

Milch's Wehrpass photo is nothing short of utterly stunning....

The thing I find most interesting is that this Ausweis was printed especially for Milch but instead of Speer having his Reichsminister title printed as well, he used a stamp.
