Help with Luftwaffe SB awards page please

Guys,
Can you give me some advice on these awards. The Soldbuch is for a Fallschirmjager. The Infantry assault badge is dated '44. Is this possible? Would he have received the IAB or the Luftwaffe ground assault badge? Also for the CCC, it is listed as 1 klasse, would this have been gold?

Any info you can give would be appreciated.

CCC 1 Klasse is the Bronze version of the award, II = Silver & III Klasse = Gold.
