New Chemnitz Soldbuch

Hello all. I am not really a soldbuch collector but when i saw this collection. I thought it was just so interesting.
It is a great collection from one soldier based in Chemnitz in east germany.
The collection had papers the soldbuch, the soldiers tog tags and other papers, plus his wartime and prewar driving licence.

Could anyone help me docode some of the facts in this and maybe give me a idea of its value?
