First scan is medical signed by the BTL doctor

Unfortunately the picture of the soldier was remowed. He belonged to I Btn of the 46 regiment. After getting injured he was Ersatz btl which was stationed in Denmark, hence is why it almost for certain surviwed. The company was stationed in Assens ( my old hometown) and he got a screen in Fredericia.

If anyone can identify some of the signatures of the officers J will be very happy . The obersturmführer Hess was before assigned to the 20 Div. in the Freikorps Danmark as a Gerichtsoffizier.


J chose to remowe his last name as J dont know if he still lives. J got this one in Denmark in change of some russian medals from a friend .

In mine theres no entry exept for an entry in payclass ( hardly an entry )

Seems like these books for some reason never came back to the unit/holder

Detail of the page 2. A FPnr, little visible on this page appears on most of the documents found in the end of 1980's.

Some remarks:
- On the detailed pic you can see the ending ***338.
- The Hauptsturmführer's correct name is Kelecsényi with the letter "i".
- The date seems correct (or not?), because the III Battalions were raised at the end of Feb. 1945 when the masse of the Division moved away from Neuhammer.

But: '7./3./25.Div' means 7. kompanie 3. batallion 25. division? Why they didn't use the numbers of the regiments?

At those days the Hungaria & Hunyadi divs. seemed more like Panzergrenadier Divs than the Volksgrenadier OOB.

Thank you to bring more preciseness on these divisions little known about the Waffen - SS

Your site is very interesting. Continue in this way.

Just a small preciseness with regard to the FP nr. It is a question of number 39 933. In fact, on the presented image is visible the last figures 33 and the letter B. This letter is very often interpreted wrongly as 8.

Thanks for the pics - I'm amazed

I found a very interesting thing: one of the soldbuch-holders SÁNDOR DARÁZS were born in SÁNDORFALVA (Csongrád County), 1923. The 'bürgermeister' at the moment in that place is SÁNDOR DARÁZS!!!
