page 2 is incomplete, no signature, no personal marks

Due to the fact as Gerdan has pointed out there is no signature on page 2, it was either made for the family after his death or simply issued and due to the war situation he was not around to sign it!

Either way it is definitely a replacement.

Also it is stamped Heer on the front when he was SS?!!?!?

.....more scans would help!

What's his name...Willi Ziolka? There is no one with that name on the German War Graves site.

page 1 :

The relation "Wehrbezirkskommando Herne" to "Wehrmeldeamt Wanne-Eickel" (stamp) is correct.

Are there any LSSAH entries anywhere else in the book, other than what you have shown? On the unit page, perhaps?

It's a definite possibility that the LSSAH entries could have been made post-war, to help 'boost' the value. Without seeing scans of all the pages with entries, it is almost impossible to say for sure if it is legit or not.
