SB Military Unit ID Required

Hi,
I have a soldbuch for a luftwaffe recruit who was transferred to a Grenadier Regiment in 1945 but I am having trouble trying to figure out the id of this unit. I think it looks like 12 (MG) Company / III Battalion / Grenadier Regiment 1301 but I have been unable to find any mention of such a regiment on Lexikon Der Wehrmacht, or in the Nafziger & Mitcham German Order Of Battle volumes.
Is it indeed Gren Rgt 1301 and if so does anyone have any information on this units, probably, brief hisory?

I think that it is the III./Grenadier-Feldausbildungs-Rgt. 1301 of the 149. Feldausbildung-Division (13 3 1945 in Niderland).

Thanks for that, I knew I wasn't seeing things with the 1301!
