Hi , please can anyone tell me a little more about this wehrpass & it's rough value . I have tried too photo most of it & with it comes a brown card with his name written in pencil Johann Wedeking , also as seen in the pictures is his ID tag of which i was told they had one on themselves & another attached too the back of the wehrpass . Any help with this will be invaluable too me as it might be the first piece of paperwork i get for my collection , if anyone can tell me what the brown card is & the guide value of the wehrpass i would be very greatfull . I will later on be posting up some sort of ID canvass officer pass & would like similar help with that also . Thankyou in advance .

Hi Mark,
This is a Kriegsmarine reservists Wehrpaß.
Page 5 shows that he was fit but in Landwehr I class which meant he was between the ages of 35-45 and had completed his military service....World War 1 service?
Page 24-25 indicates that yes, he was discharged 31.12.1918 from II Werft Division and he received lessons in espionage, counter intelligence, treason and official secrets on 1 12.1937.
His dog tag in the rear (typical of reservist Wehrpaß) indicates his name, that he was under Admiral der Nordsee, his personal number 25595 and MT his Laufbahn or trade....the latter I can not remember as I am not at home with my references at the moment.....
