Yes, that's right. It just says that he was provided instruction on the subjects of counterintelligence and high treason on 10 April and then administered an oath on 11 April. In other words, the importance of keeping one's mouth shut and keeping an eye open for those who don't and reporting them.

Such entries are often seen in a Wehrpaß !!!, nothing special on it, but there are collectors and sellers around who think they won the jackpot believing they have a spionage guy in their hands.

Same story with the entry "Fahrer.v.Bock" some sellers explain that as the driver from the man Bock himself.....instead a man who is looking at a horse-ass.
