Erkennungsmarken I.D. - Translation

Hello,

Acouple of questions for this forum.

Where can one go on the Internet or what book to purchase which will
guide you on translating the German Dogtag?

While at it, I have a German dogtag that I was wondering if someone here
could tramslate for me?

3.L.E.B. A.R. 22

Soldier # was 203 with a Blood type of "0"

As for "3.L.E.B. A.R. 22", that does not seem to appear as it should, but I think it is 3. leichte Batterie/Artillerie-Rgt. 22.
