I have a Technisches Nothilfe Soldbuch , Is this a rare book or common ? I have photos of the front cover and inside showing photo of man - if needed. What is the value of this book in comparison to a regular Wehrmacht Soldbuch ?

They're moderately rare, at least not nearly as common as "regular" books.

As far as "worth" compared to regular books, there's far too many variables without pictures to even begin to answer that question. Units, time served, locations, awards, condition, signatures, etc.
