        Hello

in my opinion (IMO) the personal number on the backside is printed with a after-war DIN (Deutsche Industrie Norm) stamping set.

        Best regards, Fronti

            Hello

I have seen one original ground dug, but I have no pic of it.

There are other KZ tags, like sachsenhausen, they are only printed with: KL SH (Thats all)

At the tag above the "C" from the word Auschwitz is made with a "G". The - in G is concealed and now it is a "C"

I have some various pics frome fakes with DIN stemping sets.

The forefront of this tag looks quite good, but on the backside, there are DINs.

            Best regards, Fronti

well, how about this.. There is a set of these letter fonts die stamps floating around. That tag looks fresh, maybe too fresh. It would take all of 15 min. with a NOS tag and that set to make this tag...

I've seen some of these years ago. Auschwitz was put on nice and straight and very close to the break lines.. Try some searchs here. See if you come up with something around the same roll number to match up too.
And yes, as Fronti writes the roll number stamps appears to me the new type.....Search here on WAF and you might as well check here for comparisons also:

This is my dogtag, absolutly original. I said I found it on a market, but actually I found it in Poland in the ground.
