They sure look authentic to me. They obviously came from a dig, probably in Slovenia. As you know, hundreds and perhaps several thousand Prinz Eugen survivors were massacred by Tito's forces in Slovenia and northern Croatia during the second half of May and June 1945. The Partisans hated the Volksdeutsche from the Banat (Vojvodina) and Syrmia (Srem) almost as much as they hated the Ustasha. Many of these men were tortured before they were shot, beaten to death, stabbed to death, burned and then thrown into mass burial pits. Some of the things done by Tito's Montenegrin executioners make the atrocities committed by the Russians during the last six months of the war look like Kindergarten stuff.

As for the market value of these items, I can't say. Others here are a better judge of this than I am.

The thing is that, Prinz Eugen is offered to me for exchange at value of 260 - 300 eur. I think that is little too much, as for the other SS, the owner wants an exchange for things round 140 eur. I think that that is a little too much for first one. I will be selling the Prinz Eugen dog tag so i have to make a reasonable exchange. I dont want to give for it a value of 300 eur, and then get 150 cash.
What do you think guys,....is it realy worth 300 EUR?

I think 150 Would be fair price for this one. It's a typical PE artillerie tag. Probably would pay bit more for some smaler PE unit, but in case of regimental tags I think 150 is fair enough. Of course a beggining collector or some PE-freak probably could pay even 10x more but we aren't talking about extremes but average values following common sense. I have probably 6 or so PE tags but never actually paid more than 150 Euro each.
