250.Div dogtag help need

Again I am clueless about dogtags, good or bad? Is it supposed to the Blue Division or what?

I do not think that replacements were ever at the Division level. This should be an ersatz batallion or maybe later a regiment.

It looks like the tag itself is fake: you can see lines in the metal structure, and the holes for breaking the tag look to large. What do you guys think about that?
