Soldbuch inserts?

Does anyone have any pictures or references to the various inserts that were put into Soldbuchs? I think most had to do with various diseases such as malaria, VD, etc.

Here's a scan of a list of inserts form the rear cover of a Soldbuch. These appear to be the ones I've seen over the years inside of Soldbücher and I'm sure that could be others but this seems a nice basic list.
