Polynike is correct, it just needs a little pimping:

20.(Erganzungs-)/Luftgau-Nachrichten-Rgt. 8.

It was a signals reserve training company set up in 1940 in Oppeln-Birkenthal in Silesia and was know to still be there in mid-1942. There is no record of it ever being deployed and it had no Feldpostnummer. It is best thought of as a pool of Luftwaffe signals personnel engaged in continuous training until they received an assignment to a signals unit in the the field and were posted out.
