    Legion Niederlande tag

Does anybody has got an example of tag from Freiwilige Legion Niederlande? I would be very interested to see one for reference as I was recently proposed one ( unfortunately I don't have any picture to post here). It says -72- 4/Frw.Leg.Ndl.
Thanks in advance. Any help well appreciated!
    Regards
    Al

Unfortunately looks bit different from the one I'm being proposed.
Anybody else? Maybe somebody has got one from 4th coy?

              Thanx again

They are the same as abow and as in the link "ERS.KP.FRW.LEG.NIEDERLANDE".

                        Thanks Guerilla,
It's closer to the one I'm offered ( the typeface of numbers) still the letters are different. The ones I have are really crude.
                        All best

Very interesting tags. I believe I know the exact place where the '7./NDL.SS-PZ.GR.RGT.1' tag was found. Many tags from the 48th regiment have been found there. Nice to see another one from the 7th coy.

I am not so glad to see the tag from the '5./FRW.LEG.NDL.' though. The corrosion is typical for 'grave dug' tags. I have seen many more in this way. As I believe I know your source, there is a big change another fallen soldier from the 48th regiment lost his identity. Derek, do you still buy tags from this source? May I ask you how many tags you have bought from him?

As some of you know, I have been searching for MIAs in the Narva area for several years now. A lot of bodies have been found without any tags. You know why?

                          With kind regards,

                          Cees

                              Hi C. Kleijn.

I got some dogtags over the years when I have been visiting Estonia, as I have family there.
Many I bougth in the militaryshop in Old town and most in realy good condition.
I have also been in the Narva woods myself several times.
Most of the dogtags found was from the regimental quarter to Niederlande and I have heard a bomb blew up the house and dogtags landed around the hole place.
So that is the reason so many dogtags is found in a small erea.
Most of my dogtags is in very good condition, probably found in dry sand.
But I mostly collect norwegian dogtags not those from Niederlande.

                              Best
                              Derek
