SS/Polizei License plates - help needed

I dont know if Im in the correct section but I need help with these 3 license plates.

1) SS 309 039 (Sidecar)
2) SS 200 009 or 200 000 or 200 00? (Truck)
3) Pol 127 60? (Truck)..SS-Pol.Geb.Jag.Rgt.18??
