Can anyone help with telling me was he wounded twice by bullets or is it one wound transfers to different hospitals look like he was hot in the back of head?? Second can anyone tell me his profession and place of birth?

Firstly 30.9.1943, discharged 14.10.1943 to his unit (zur Truppe)
Secondly on or around 25.11.1943 in Kriegslazarett 4/53. Then he remained in hospital......
If you look at the date of entry to Lazarret K******246;nigsberg on 17.12.1943, he was transferred to Heidelburg by hospital train 1138 on 8.1.1943......mistake as he forgot the year had changed!
