Help with Wherpass Entries

Can someone please help with these two entries in this Wherpass im doing some background work on?

What is the last unit listed on here?

Secondly, what does the M2U mean on this list. I know the soldier was passed fit for duty in 1937 then fit for work duties only in 1944. Does the m2u mean he was medically discharged then recalled? There is no evidence of wounds or medical problems elsewhere in the wherpass. Some documents came with the pass to do with pay withdrawls.

M.U. = currently no idea......U = Untauglich or unfit
