Feldpost number in a camouflaged gasmask canister from Normandy

    Hi

I have in my collect, this nice camouflaged Gasmask canister From Normandy (Cherbourg area).
I would like to get information on the Feldpostnumber !!!!!!.
The owner has written his name and feldpost number in the lens compartment.
    The number reads is L 02732 or L 03732.

    Regards and happy new year
    Ben

The prefix L does denote a Lufwaffe FP Nr.

        Perhaps it is 03732

        (Mobilmachung-1.1.1940) 12. Kompanie Infanterie-Regiment 482,
        (2.1.1940-27.4.1940) gestrichen, wurde Fp.Nr. 22302 E,

        (15.9.1940-31.1.1941) 7. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Versorgungs-Regiment ,
        (12.7.1941-26.1.1942) 3. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Versorgungs-Regiment ,
        (27.1.1942-14.7.1942) 3. Kompanie Luftnachrichten-Abteilung Kampf-Geschwader 100,

My apologies, but if I may butt in just to keep the record straight, that should be 7. and then 3.Kp./Ln.-Versuchs-Rgt. The Luftwaffe did not have any Versorgungsregimenter. Both were high tech companies concerned with electronic navigation systems (such as "Y-Gerät-") used to guide bombers based in France on a course for tragets in England during the night bombing campaign. Both companies divided their time between Normandy and Köthen, which was the Regiment's home throughout the war. His subsequent units did the same thing, 3./100 and 7./Flus.Rgt. West were both "Funknavigation-Kompanien".
