can't tell if this one is authentic, but I have seen some similar fake items coming from eastern europe. Only difference, yellow/orange eyelets instead of white ones.

This looks just like the fakes for the re enactor market. the reinforcing eyelets are usually plastic on these..

These emarke pouches were originally supplied as part of the winterhilfewerk program and these type with the four leafed clover are made of soft leather (as your example is). However I too am a little disturbed that those eyelets on the front face do not seem as worn as the rest of the pouch.
